Cannot Find Widget
If you just downloaded or updated the app, you need to open the app first for the widget to appear in the search.
If the widget still doesn't show up after opening the app, it's usually a system bug. Restarting your phone should resolve the issue.
Widget or Watch Face Not Refreshing in Time
Due to system limitations, developers cannot directly control the refresh timing of widgets or watch faces. The system schedules updates automatically, and a delay of a few minutes is normal.
You can try opening the JotDay app on your phone or watch to force a refresh.
If the widget or watch face still doesn’t update, try restarting your phone or watch.

Manually Adding a Watch Face
JotDay offers a variety of complications for different watch face sizes. Follow the guide below to customize your own watch face!
- Long-press on your watch face, swipe left or right, and choose a watch face that supports "Complications," such as Infograph Modular, Modular, or Modular Duo.
- Tap "Edit", swipe left to the "Complications" section, and select the module you want to replace.
- Find JotDay in the app list.
- Tap to select the complication you want to use. The watch will automatically filter the available complications based on the module type.
- Once edited, press the Digital Crown twice to return to your watch face.
