Restore Membership
JotDay membership is linked to your App Store ID. To restore your membership, log in with the original purchase ID, go to the subscription page, and tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom.
Cancel Subscription
- Open App Store
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Subscriptions
- Find JotDay in the subscription list and cancel it
Request a Refund
If you need to request a refund, follow these steps:
- Open App Store
- Go to the App tab
- Scroll to the bottom and find the "Request a Refund" option, then follow the on-screen instructions

Refund Request Rejected
Apple determines refund approvals based on the purchase history and account credibility.
Normally, refund requests are approved, but your request may be rejected in the following cases:
- The app has been used for too long
- The account has a history of frequent refunds
📢 Note
All refunds are reviewed and processed solely by Apple. As developers, we do not have any control over the refund approval process.
Refund decisions are entirely up to Apple, and we do not support refunds through other means. Thank you for your understanding.
